Exhibit Info
We
invite sponsors, speakers, local and regional organizations
to exhibit their products and services. Please contact
1-877-604-8971 to reserve a booth.
For general exhibitors, the booth and
exhibition will be $1200.
During daily breakfast sessions, scheduled
coffee breaks, and after the last daily conference session
participants will be able to browse the exhibit/break
area. Contests and drawings will be organized to enhance
attendee participation and promote your products or
services.
Due to limited space we
are able to accomodate only 25 exhibits for the conference.
Booth space may be added in increments
of 10x10 at $15 per square foot. Each booth will have
a table, two chairs, a waste basket, basic electric,
one extension cord, pipe and a drape. Electricity, Internet
and phone will be an extra cost charged on per-day basis
as follows: Phone - $65 per booth per line (can be used
for dial-up internet access), High Speed Internet Access
- $150 per booth, Power (standard 110 or 220) - $12.50
per line per booth, Extra Power (240 or Single Phase)
- $150 per line per booth.
