Werner Odenheimer was born and educated in Switzerland, Belgium and England as " International Trade Specialist" and moved to São Paulo, Brazil, in 1957.

Werner is fluent in portuguese, english, german and french.

For the last 45 years, he has been active in the autoparts industry. For 40 years, he occupied senior executive positions and during 25 years (1971 - 1995) served as President and CEO of a medium sized Brazilian autoparts manufacturer (Polimatic Eletrometalúrgica Ltda., now TRW Electronic Division)

He also served as Vice-President Treasurer and Secretary to SINDIPEÇAS, The Brazilian Autoparts Manufacturers Association, also as Member of the Board and Executive Comittee to the Brazilian Automotive Quality Institute " IQA".

During several years, Werner served as the Director of U.S. based AMT (The Association for Manufacturing Technology) and MEMA (Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association) Office in São Paulo.

Werner is a member of the Brazilian Chapter of SAE and has also been serving as Chairman of the Automotive Comittee of the American Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo.
